Staying at One Palacio Da Anunciada was a treat. The building's charm captivated me right away. Spacious rooms featured elegant decor blending modern amenities with historical touches. Breakfast had an incredible variety, and the a la carte options outshone any buffets I've seen. Swimming in the outdoor pool surrounded by the garden felt refreshing. The staff worked hard, especially during breakfast where they were attentive and friendly. However, the initial room I received was tiny and not what I reserved. I quickly voiced my concerns and was eventually moved to a more suitable room, but not without a bit of hassle. The response time for housekeeping could also be quicker. waiting until 3 PM for room cleaning wasn’t ideal. Noise from the restaurant affected my relaxation during certain times, too. Also, I slipped on the wet marble by the pool, which was concerning, considering there were no warnings. Overall, the opulence and location shine, but service aspects need refinement.

We spent three nights enjoying the spacious Deluxe Family Room with its comfy beds and beautiful views. The outdoor pool was a hit with the kids, and the daily breakfast spread kept us energized for exploring Lisbon. Don't miss the delicious dinners at the hotel restaurant!

This hotel suits me perfectly with great amenities like 24-hour reception, a spa & wellness center, and a seasonal outdoor pool. The staff helped me find the best shopping spots on my first stay. I appreciate their attentiveness!
